PolicySetComponent is a concrete aggregation that collects instances of the subclasses of PolicySet (i.e., PolicyGroups and PolicyRules). Together, the PolicySet.PolicyDecisionStrategy and PolicySet Component.Priority properties determine the processing for the groups and rules contained in a PolicySet.
